If you have          heard this term “Balayage” but are not quite sure what it means, simply stated Balayage is the next dimension in hair color. This innovative technique offers more versatility in highlighting. You         can apply Balayage highlights on wet or dry hair.





 

A lot of hairdressers are starting to ask themselves and other stylists these very same questions. More importantly, your clients  are beginning to ask you about Balayage. What will you tell them? Will you know how to answer their questions? Would you be willing to learn Balayage or will you continue to do what you feel safe doing?  If you do, you will “fall through the cracks” of hair color just the way some stylists have when we made the transition from cap frosting to the foil highlighting method.
